My top priority is providing you with quality, entertaining, and informative reviews and I am not influenced by anyone or anything.

I’ve been receiving a few emails as of late asking, “Is Easy 1 Up A Scam?”  So, I thought I would check them out and discover what they’re all about. Here’s what I discovered …

The Company

is easy 1 up a scamThe company is owned by Peter Wolfing who considers himself to be an experienced internet marketer.  I’d say experience more in scamming people.

After performing a website search, I found out that the domain was registered in October 2016 and will expire in a year’s time.

So, I looked into the hosting and discovered that Easy 1 Up is sharing it’s space on a private server with a website named Ultimate Cycler.

This revelation led me to investigate Ultimate Cycler, which started in 2014, and it turns out that it was a Ponzi scheme that doesn’t exist anymore.

For those of you who do not know what a Ponzi scheme is, it is a bogus investment scam where the scammer creates returns from earlier investors through money paid by newer investors instead of legit business dealings.

Are you thinking what I’m thinking?  Runnnnnnnn!

Over the years, Peter Wolfing started a lot other projects.  Here are just a few of them below:

  • Pay Me Forward
  • Infinity 100
  • Business ToolBox
  • National Wealth Center (Previously Infinity Downline)

National Wealth Center, to my knowledge is the only one still around today (2017)

The Products

Easy 1 Up presents you with several packages ranging in cost from $25 all the way up to $1,000.

Elevation $25

The Compensation Plan

Commissions are paid via a three-level structure in which you are allowed to keep your first referral, but you have to give your sponsor your second referral.  Once your sponsor receives your second referral, you can then retain any referrals you make at that level.

Prior to earning any commissions, you are required to purchase one of Easy 1 Up’s products.  Because you are paid on every referral you get, you make 100% commission.  The more expensive package you purchase, the more commission you will earn.

Let’s see if I can break this down for you further.  Basically, Easy 1 Up’s compensation plan is based on “gifting” where $25 to $500 is gifted to the person who sponsored them.  Then an affiliate who you brought in does the same thing when they buy in and so on.

The payments are paid and tracked by a unilevel compensation plan via a 1 up model.  Check out the diagram below.

So, you, the affiliate, GREEN figure, are at the top of the pyramid.

Every affiliate you personally recruit is directly beneath you, RED figures.  This is the first level.

Now, should one of your first level affiliates recruit someone, the new affiliate is put on the second level, the smaller RED figure beneath Level 1.

Should an affiliate at the second lever succeed at recruiting someone, those affiliate are put on the third level, BLUE figure, and on and on.  Get it?

Gifting payments are given across every one of the four tiers within Easy 1 Up, with higher levels immediately enabling an affiliate to get payments across the levels lower down.

A $500 gifting payment enables an affiliate of Easy 1 Up to receive commissions across all four of the tiers.

Hence, an affiliate who enters at the top level forgoes the passing up component of the plan and receives all the commissions.

The Final Verdict

Easy 1 Up is yet another business that promises crazy payouts.  The fact that Peter Wolfing isn’t up front about his past and the fact that his domain expires in year certainly sets off the alarm bells.

Also, notice how Peter Wolfing seems to go around launching schemes such as this year after year and ultimately they fall apart because there is no concrete business model that permits the company to last.

Keep in mind that every company Wolfing started is for the most part the same … matrix or Ponzi scheme.  Despite all the uncertainty about this company, one thing that is certain is that Wolfing is making money from the affiliates who do sign up with Easy 1 Up.  He receives a 10% administration fee for every single gifting payment that’s made.

What a thorough review of easy 1 up. It is a detail review that will inform any one to take his or her own decision.

A scammer will always be a scammer no matter what they touch or start. In my opinion all product that has MLM elements is a scam.

    Thank you for the warning

    Cheers.

It seems like this guy is spending his time thinking about new ways of scamming people so that he can make fast money. I never liked these pyramid schemes and the only people who make money with this sort of thing, are the people at the top.

The sad part about this is that some people may not know better when it comes to making money online and unfortunately, they buy in to the hype, thinking they’ll get rich quick as well.

    • Barb

Hi, Vanessa!  Thanks for dropping by and sharing.  I love hearing from my readers.

Sadly, this seems to be the trend with this person – scamming people out of there money.  The problem is that they make it so enticing and prey on people just trying to make money to get by.

As far as starting an online business goes, you can find no better then Wealthy Affiliate.  You can check out my review here.
